LOL, good question. Just bought the car from my best friends cousin last month and I know for SURE he never changed it, nor do I think he knew he had one..Other things he did but this, nope. :D

yes there is one. it's a PITA to do the first time around but i think you have to remove the shit under the glove box and it's like behind the OBC. you might shit your pants when the plastic snaps while you are trying to put it in but it's suppose to do that.

I don't think i'd want to be able to say "your microfilter isn't bad, check out mine!" That's like comparing oil filters... "Yeah, well look how much metal is in mine... impressive huh!"

:lol
No, it's just sad that some people never change them. that is what mine looked like after I bought the car last yr. I find it amusing when comparing microfilters, because most people don't even realize they have one. Like me for a few months before I actually drove my car after winter.

And there is no correlation to oil filters, your car isn't going to break down from a dirty cabin filter... :nono

I dont even want to know how much dirt is all over the interior of my car since i don't have a micro filter.

Was merely an anology.. and your car wouldnt break down from bits of metal in the oil filter... it'd be completely facked.

What you guys have ain't shit. Last summer I opened my father's air intake in 1993 Fiat Chroma after he kept complaining that from time to time he can smell shit inside the car, yet never found any. Long story short for ~2 years some lucky mouse had a very successful nest right in front of the A/C evaporator. That little bastard had kids in there and than successfully died of natural causes, while my dad was smelling the whole thing! In the nest we found receipts from the grocery stores, my sister's gloves, parts of the Fiat's user guide and such. Too bad I did not take any pictures, but that was funny as hell.
