im gonna change my oil this weekend, and wanted to possibly get one, i think it would possibly be a good idea.
i think they sell them at the parts store(checker, advance ect...) but what size/thread do i need?

The info below may help you. Click on the "Application List" once you get to the auction page. Then again, the local parts counter should be able to point you to the right one. Not everyone is going to come in with their oil plug in their hand, right? Unless they are using Slick 50 oil treatment. Then, you don't even need oil, right? :lol

well i had this on my 95 m3, it does catch some metal bits. I got it from bmp for like 9-10 bucks.

i could just take the plug in to the parts store, i have 3 cars, so its not like driving another car would be a problem

or i could just pull the drain plug in the parking lot, its not like 7qts of oil all over the ground would matter :)
