I want to lower my car just a bit to get rid of the front gap but I don't want to give up ride comfort. Can I just lower the car using BavAuto's spring kit and maintain my Boge shocks?

you are going to add premature wear to already (probably, if your shocks/struts are original,) tired suspension components. save yourself some trouble and get some used Bilstein sports or comparable if you are going to lower

I have had mine 30k and the shocks just hit 100k and all is well.

Bav-Auto springs only provide a marginal drop of approx. 1 1/4''. You won’t feel any substantial changes in your ride quality with that kind of a drop. However, as vdigiovanni mentioned, you may experience some premature wear on your shocks.

just get them and when you can offerd aftermarket shocks put them in.that wasmy plan but here it is 1 year later with lowering springs and stock shocks :D

factory sportpackage shocks can handle a "sport" drop, but not race.. , standard shocks wouldnt hold up all too well, i wouldnt risk it. if the drop is minimal and you dont mind a little bumpyness then go for it i guess.
