Folks, has anyone tried install an H7 aftermarket HID kit?
I picked one up (supposed to give me correct optics) and couldn't figure out how to get the HID bulb to stay put since the factory bulbs plug into the bulb holder which then is used to lock into the light housing. :(
Any advice would be appreciated.

Cut the holder so you can fit the wires through the holder. Then glue the base to the holder exactly how an H7 bulb would fit in it. Let it dry, then screw it in like how you normally would. Try this at your own risk... You may mess up your holder and need to purchase new ones or even screw up your bulbs.
