I've heard the trick most guys use is getting new injectors at a Ford (yes, Ford) dealer. Somebody want to confirm this or tell me I am on crack :) ?

Get your Ford injectors from Summit Racing www.summitracing.com . They usually run around $220/set of 8. The 36# units are the ones with a dark blue colored top.

Well, I was apparently wrong. Summit doesn't list the 36# injectors (which are Ford Motorsport number M-9593-D302).
I've found them on Ebay though, as well as Mustang Parts Specialties ($390!!! http://www.stangparts.com/products/list.cfm?TypeID=7 ) I'm sure there are other sources, I just can't find them right now. If you want a used set, try the classifieds at www.corral.net .

Don't know how much it'll cost, but RC Engineering seems to have a good name in the biz for doing it: http://www.rceng.com/index.htm
