im lookin at gettin these for my m3 sedan,,since the drop is in between the h& r race,,and sports,

does anyone know the spring rate for these??

my car is just basicly a cruiser,,no track time

but i want a drop between the eibach pro kit--and h&r race

and i think these would put me there

go for the H&R race, I have the eibach pro and I don't think its low enough

with a set of koni's,,cuz i heard the bilsteins may leave the car a lil higher then koni's


how long would a new set of stock shocks last with the h&r race springs on??
