question about m3 transplat and fitting supercharger

hey guys well im getting ready to swap an m3 engine into my 95 325i. i know it fits etc because everyone does it. my question is after that i am going to supercharge it with the aa kit, is my engine compartment smaller than the e36 m3 compartment? i ask because if it is smaller or bigger the bends of the pipe for the S/C wont work you know?

Same chasis car, both are E36's. Dont worry it'll fit fine.
