A couple of the blades on my fan decided to break yesterday so I need a new one. It's making the whole car shake and the vibration is probably not good for the engine. Fortunately it's winter so I can probably remove it for a few days without a problem.

I had the same thing happen not to long ago. I would suggest just deleting the fan completely and putting an electric fan on. It will take some ware and tare off your motor and might even free up a couple horse power. Hope all goes well :)
