E28 tire and rim question

I have an 88 535i, which I just bought. It has the stock 14" bottlecap wheels, 5 lug, with snow tires on them, but, I'd like to pick up a set of 16" rims for summer tires. What offset do I need to go with, and what size tire should I use, if I wanna keep my speedo reading correct? Thanks.

BTW, what offset do I need, and what did mine come with stock? I don't know a whole lot about tire and rim fitment, so, if somebody could help me out with what could fit on my car it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i think your offset is +22 but i'm not sure. go to tirerack.com and just click on some random wheels for your car and it should tell you exactly what the offset of that wheel is and that's the one for your car or within the range

Thanks, man. Now, what size tire should I go with, in a 15" or 16", to give me the same rolling circumferance as what I should've had stock, which was a 200/65/390 metric? Thanks.
