It works for me.

Stiffening the tranny mounts just enough for perfect short shifting alignment in my daily driver without any side effects.

It is an easy install.

I have the UUC "Enforcer Cups" with 320i bushings and love the difference they made. It really firms up the transmission from the "play" that BMW designed into the factory bushings. It reduces the chance of a missed shift during high engine torque situations, etc. and does not produce any additional cabin noise like the full-fledged racing bracket does.

I highly recommend using them!

Agreed. I installed my UUC Tranny Enforcers with the 320i bushings (bought as a set from Turner), and they work very well with no side effects that I've noticed so far.

I put the car up on jackstands and used a hydraulic jack to support the tranny when I pulled the stock mounts out. Then, I put the new mounts in (the Enforcers go on top), bolted them down, and I was done! The instructions said to drill out the holes, but I didn't need to do that. The existing holes were big enough that I could screw the new mounts in a little bit, and then they slid right into place when I released a little tension on the jack. Very easy :)

Use them on both the race cars I drive. Great upgrade.

Got The TME's and UUC bushings along with the Comp EVO shifter and love em both.
