didn't get much help on the audio forum... and it is more an e36 specific question....
which aftermarket units will connect to the stock head unit and interface properly? any alpine? is it mbus? ai-net connector? etc?
thanks :D

It's my understanding that you just need to buy the interface adapter for whatever changer you're going to buy. But I'm sketchy on how that all works.

yeah i dont know what i'm gonna do at this point... if i'm going to go with the aftermarket or what... i just know i'm dying w/o cd access...
and i'm concerned that the cutting out of the signal may not be the changer itself but maybe a crimped or something wire in my cable which would mean i'd need to get a new HU to play cd's if anything
