Sorry to hear about this, but it's pretty much buyer beware around here, even with long time respected members. Though there are probably more good sellers here than bad.
Seems from the other thread that most agree that he misrepresented the rims and should refund or reimburse you.
Good luck, but it sounds like this kid doesn't care, as long as he's got your money. From seeing his posts prior to this I would have thought he was a stand up guy.

its not that i dont care, really it sucks on both of half's

im getting a bad name out of this and mark is uphappy.
if i had 300 to send mark i would but i dont, im layed off till who knows when

if i hadent been impatient and bought my rims as soon as mark sent me money i would still have his money to refund which i would rather do.

but now im scrambling to make up 300US, 300 that i dont think i can get for him, and im not going to lie and tell him its comming cause i dont think i can get it for him.

on a side note, its going to cost him 500 to have the rims refinnished and straitened. the asthetics of the rim were exactly as descibed and i refuse to put any money forward to have that done. do u really think it will cost 300 bucks to just straiten a rim?

ReVsHot, you created a mess and you're not willing to make it right. This puts you among the lowest of the low in my book. You should be banned from this site, and blackballed on all other online car enthusiast forums.

And the fact that you already spent the money has NO relevance regarding whether you still OWE him the money. If you think he's ripping you off by asking for $300, then TAKE THE WHEELS BACK AND GIVE HIM A REFUND. You lose NOTHING that way. If you don't currently have the money to refund, then ask mommy and daddy.

Geologist: best of luck. If you hire a lawyer, create a paypal account and I will make a small contribution. I buy/sell online and am often concerned about getting burned like you did. I have no problem helping go after sh!tty, fraudulent seller scum.

Sucks to hear it man, i posted in your original thread if he jumps off niagra falls head first and they fish his lifeless body out then i'll cough up the 300 bucks and send it to you right away.
