Finally got of the staggered t-stars yesterday. I know I had a lot of discussion about tire size and I've decided to go 255/40 in the rear because of the high probability that I would need to roll and shave the fenders to make 275's fit on my car . Anyway they are going to look sick on the old beast and if it ever stops raining here in socal for more than 2 hours I'll get them mounted and post up some pics. :redspot :D

Congrats on the wheels, can't wait for the pics. FYI, I had 275's on the rear of my E34 with no rubbing, no rolling, or body mods. What's the offest of your rears?

22...Another factor was that I only had to buy 2 tires. I'm tapped after Christmas :help
If their is still gobs of room , which I suspect there won't be, I may pony up for 245/275 skins this summer.
I should have pics up by the end of nxt week. Tires will be here tues or wed.
They are gonna be so... :buttrock

crap! that sucks ass! oh man =[
i'm so sad now.

i thought my wheels were way too heavy

r72's 9" front 10" rear with 235 / 255 kumho 712's
they weigh 50 front and 52 rear.
(bought them with tires mounted)

but now it seems that mine are pretty much average
WTF
=[

guess i better start saving for those bbs magnesium ones =]
17" and like 9 lbs lol

i thought you could fit 265s on ther with no problem. with the 22 offset they put 265s on the M5 didn't they? or does it fit a bit different when your on a 17" wheel vs. the 18 parallels ive seen them on.

either way sweet deal. i wanted those rims.

you selling the other two? if i could find two more id think about buying them

There is a guy running 265's in nocal. I couldn't get MX's in that size though. Now that they are on it looks like I might have been able to go 275. But there may have been issues with a load in the car. I'll be happy with the 255's for now, maybe I'll try bigger next time. Still looks very cool. I don't have any rims for sale.

eh its ok. i'm glad i don't have a reason to spend money now :D

and your 255's will be a reason to get some bigger tires a little sooner then needed :evil2 .
