Bonjour from France - 1st post

Hi, I'm new to this board, though I've been an active participant on bimmer.org for the past 18 months. I own a 2001 530d which has been remapped by BMW to produce 220hp & 376 lbs-ft / 509 Nm of torque. These values were recorded at the rear wheels on a rolling road.

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, lots of BMWs here - most recent models are diesel (320d, 330d, 520d, 525d or 530d) like mine.

I can't help but notice that your rear is much higher than the fronts, what did you do to the spring/shocks at the rear ?. From what I know, lower springs will lower both ends almost equally but from your pic, the rear is like 1.2-2 inches higher than it should be!.
What gives ?. :rolleyes:
