Merry christmas guys.
Still trying to find me a suitable 5'er (half due to the reason that the 5er owners definately make this section of BFC one of the best being a friendly and forthcomming with information).
Anyway, found this in PBMW, what you think? Angel eyes?

Those look like 22s on the car! I'm not feeling the E46 M3 gills. I do like the Angel Eyes.

I can respect and appreciate anyone who has put alot of time and effort into modding a BMW regardless if there are things on it I don't like. But I have never understood the angle eyes thing even if it first appeared as OEM.

Bring the rear down and tuck the tires in, otherwise it's pretty sweet.
Jacked up like that reminds me of the '70s.

angel eyes are cool but the e34 has individual bulbs on the outside, they aren't in a housing, so i'd have to agree that it doesn't really belong on the car. it makes me want to see it in person to see what it looks like.

Yea I didnt think it was too bad from the angel eye standpoint, the rear tyres for me look out of place.
Specs on it were 3.8L bored to 4.0 with a modified head and ACS crank. Shrick 286 cams, Mahle pistons, stainless exhaust & Sachs v2 clutch.

That's one sweet M5... It does look lots better on the original image (not scanned) something about the way the pages were bent in the scanner makes it look silly.

those rears will NEVER tuck, unless he gets a widebody on there.

Its the one from November. I mostly posted it for the fact its the only BMW I've seen with angel eyes on that style of headlight. Seems to be a fairly 50/50 on if its tasteful :)

interesting.
i also don't care for angel eyes (they're fine on the bimmers that actually came with them). other stuff i'm not feeling: crystal clear lights, m3 side grills, and the rear rims (i like wide deep dish rims, but those just look ridiculous).
the alpina front lip is nice though along with the dark overall look.

i have angel eyes added to my 535 from umnitza and they look pretty sweet. they look especially mean when i am pulling up behind a car oin the road and all you see are the angel eyes (my dad was driving the car once and pulled this maneuver on me before i realized it was my car). i def give this guy props for the 4.0 liter conversion though.
