You needing a motor? I have a friend in KC with a 95 325is drivetrain you could get a good deal on, well maintained and in good mileage, I think no more than 80k if I remember correctly, he did a 3.2 drivetrain swap so its all the stock parts left over which is a motor, tranny, diff/subframe and I believe 325 brakes.

i have one, im in NC and can meet you halfway or something. its out of a 94 325is 110k miles
its sitting on an engine stand right now halfway dissassembled and i can just replace the gaskets as it is now or can do whatever you want up to building a 3.0 out of it, i also have the ecu and wireing harness too
