i found a euro m3 motor for 3k with tranny and was wondering if it is worth the money to get that clip. it's a 3.0L motor obdI but euro. is there much difference between my obdI US motor compared to the euro obdI

There is a definate difference in power. I think the 3.0 Euro motor puts out 281 hp or something compared the the US. 240 hp. However, if its going for that cheap chances are it either has extreme high milege on it or its been tracked to hell.

All Euro E36 M3 motors (3s and 3.2s) are OBDI.

THE shop that i am getting it from does not usually import euro motors they usually do JDM clips. i found out thet they have just one in stock from a wrecked euro m3. the engine is fine and is running, they just do not know how much to chrage on a motor like that. they quoted me at 3k
