The black strip around the rear glass is slowly coming off and I want to fix it or replace it. Has anyone ever dealt with this b4? Can the old one be re-secured?

I cant find anything in the search engine. Has no one else encountered this?
My rear window seal is also starting to fall off. Anyone know of a fix?

Most likely rubber has deteriorated from the elements. Buy a new one they are not that expensive and easy to install (no adhesive needed).
You wouldn't happen to also know if a deteriorating rear window seal could be the source of some interior noise, would you?
Trying to nail down the source of a rattle.

It could be number of thinks. Was car ever hit in any of the doors, did anyone removed mirrors or door windows.
You can check rear quarter windows and door seals. As rubber ages it gets flatter and window glass may not seal tight when closed. This may cause wind noise while driving.
Rear quarter windows can be adjusted but you have to remove pillar covers to do that. If your door seals are not tight you can try to play with the door lock pin to adjust the door a bit, but if you have no experience doing that better don’t touch it. You can replace door seals (which are very pricey), but before you do that make sure that this is the source of noise.
Bottom line is, try to listen where noise is coming from while driving. This will help to determine where the problem is.

I have a noisy door/mirror seal on the left side, less severe on the right. Dealers in 2 states priced each side at $170 each. :( I am thinking of trying some black caulk and layering it on to fill the smashed in gap created by the mirror on my seal. I've heard this is a decent fix. What do you guys think? The seal is already complete crap, it's not like I am going to ruin anything.

The new mirror seal is like $42. If your mirror mounting plate is not damaged I would just replaced the seals. Still cheaper than dealers estimate.

The dealer estimates was for the door seals. Both the mirror and door seals are worn, not sure which one is worse. I shall get some pics later.
