i have a 1995 325i, last september i ordered an ess supercharger. I think i was expecting more then what i was going to receive. When i got it installed, i was not happy at all with my power outcome. My car honestly was no fast in the 1/4 mile. I got pretty down on my car and wanted to sell it to buy another car. Over the winter i started to research into cooling my supercharger to get more power out of it. With alot of help from Pete from dtmpower i decided to go with a spearco 700 cfm front mount air/air intercooler for my charger. I also ordered a 10 1/2 psi pully from powerdyne that i will be running. Right now i am geting piping maneraly bent for my intercooler. I should have it back tommarow and then i will put on the pully. ESS is giving me a chip for my charger that should be here next week, and i have a m3 front bumper for the cooler to rest on. I should have some pics of the setup by the weekend. What else have you guys dont to your setups to get the most out of them..

Where are you getting your mandrel bent piping from? What size piping are you using?

Is it being custom fitted to the car, or are you having it bent to your design/specs?

I am geting it all done at a shop an hour from my home in grand rapids michigan. The piping is being being custom fitted for my car, they have the car right now and are custom doing everything. I told them to try to fit 3" piping and if they cannot goto 2 1/2".. i will get more details when i get them myself.
