Hey guys,
I remember I posted a thread about camber kits and a few people mentioned that the e34 has nothing to align in the rear in stock form. When I lower my car, all the shops want to charge be ~89.00 for a 4 wheel alignment, but since theres nothing back there, can I get away with the $39.00 two wheel alignment??
Thanks!

You can buy adjustable bushings to change rear alignment, but it's not a factory thing. E34s do not have an adjustable rear alignment from the factory.
The only adjustment is done by adjusting the tie-rods.
I vote $39.00 two wheel alignment!

Yeah, the only reason to have a 4-wheel done is if you want to see the specs on the back wheels to know whether or not you should look into offset bushings. If you have expensive tires I'd consider it for that reason...but otherwise I'd vote for the $39.99 as well. :D

Do remember this, the rear suspension on an e34 is a minimum of 9 years old, max of 15. Sometimes, it doesnt hurt to check rear toe, thrust angles, and camber. Wear and tear, potholes, towing, and other mishaps over the years can wreak havoc on otherwise rock solid settings. YOu may even pick up a little performance by having everything "right" again. For instnace, if you have a bad bushing that is throwong things off, the alignment machine will show. IF you align your car every year, then its probably not worth it
