BMW E34 Headlight Upgrade

My '94 525i was in a fender bender, and the passenger side light is smashed. I always see these angel eye, projector headlights on eBay:

Has anyone tried them? Let me know, as I think it would look pretty cool with some clear corners.

I like them, BUT, I wished they looked more like the true Angel eyes, instead of Angel Rings. JMO though.....:dunno The other thing I noticed is the lighting reflector inside appears to look like a cheap plastic coated deal.... :dunno

Are e34 lights the same as e28 (american)?

the light itself is the same on the e28,e30,e34 and e32. The brackets are different. So basically if you were to get an e34 set mounted you could transplant the highs and lows into your brackets...

Does anyone have any pictures of them installed in your car? How about with the lights on?

they look good but i hear its easy to make ur own ae's if its just you cover thats broken. i plan on making my own since my friend can do them when i get some money to replace my covers

THose were a PAIN in the backside to install, I personally hated it, you can look at my mod page in my sig to see but I do like the look, I got the blue ones which look nice but I got a warning for them. I think they just wanted a reason to pull me over because i was swerving but it was a warnign once and ive had them for about 6 months now. I got pics at the mod page in my sig
