?'s on 325is turboing

ok .. i have a 95 325is .. with about right now 68k miles ..
im looking into forced induction im thinking .. at the end of the summer or so .. right now i just have the basic bolt on mods right now .. im trying to decide between either a s/c or an aa stage 1 turbo which should put me at 300 hp .. i mean what else would i have to do to my car if i turbo it .. would i need to upgrtade to m3 brakes and use floating rotors .. m3 clutch w/ ltw flywheel ? .. lsd ? since i dont have a limited slip .. rebuild engine ??
give me some advice .. recommendations .. thanks
