Hey guys, I was going in to the shop to get new brakes and when they went to
take off the wheels they couldnt find the lug nut key! I always stored it in the
glove box but one of my dumbass friends probaly took it out and lost it. What
do I do know? I dont know what brand it is or where to get a new key...? I
have been looking around on the internet and some people have gotten a smaller
sized socket and heated it up with a blow torch, hammered it on and then
carefully removed it. I dont see myself doing that, unless i have to. :confused
Any suggestions?

Run to your local OReilly's, or Autozone...whatever. You can find a set of locking-nut removers. They're just tapered sockets that go over the nut itself, and are reverse threaded. You twist them onto the nuts you need off, and one you tighten them down far enough you can just put the 4-way on that little socket, and keep twisting till you take off the old nut. You'll probably have to get a new set of locking nuts though...this will most likely ruin the old ones.
At least this proves that they work:D

whenever that happens to me i just hammer a slightly larger sized socket onto that sucker. it grabs just fine most the time. try that, then replace them with a new set of locks

find someone who jacks rims for a living, they seem to have no problems removing these things.
Hope you get them off. :D

You had only one lug nut key? They always come with a spare one, are you sure you don't have it?

Ill try autozone or pepboys to see if they have that nut remover thing.
Or maybe I should try to sell the car as fast as I can and forget to mention the locks and cut off all contact to the buyer :evil2 :devillook :evil2 lol
