Wow that's a sweet wheel site! So cheap. Anybody get some from there?
Their wheels are probably really heavy though. Link to bbs lm replica? I couldn't find it.

Hey I have those wheels, they are currently on my boyfriend's E36 M3 until I sell my car. His car has stock, but fresh, suspenion AND THEY DO RUB! It is just a little, mostly over bumps, but if he has a bit of rub with them, I'm sure you will as well. My wheels have a tire profile that is too high, though 245/40/18, if you get a lower profile, you should be better off, but be ready to roll your fenders.
Also, I believe they are made by Moven. I couldn't find the wheels on their site, but those were the center caps I got.

18x7? Wow... It looks very good but the size sucks, it needs to be at least 7.5" to fit a 225mm tire properly.

I checked and they are only 7.5" wide and no BMW fitments.
Also check out www.cheapwheels.com, they usually have good wheels for cars. Ask for Tommy if he still works there, nice guy that should help you out.

Why pay so much for 1 piece, heavy, knock-offs?
In all fairness I'd take them over the HP Evo's and Manarays I've seen floating around.

That is my only concern, the weight. Anybody know?
I can't afford the bbs lm(authentic) and these are one of my all time fav wheels, not to mention i have arctic silver and i've been dying to get wheels with a nice lip with black painted centers. That's what i plan to do with these if i get them. :buttrock

Nice! Any upclose shot of the lip? Yeah weight on a wagon is not a huge issue, but i got a '95 m3, so it does sort of play a role in my decision. Wish i knew howmuch they weighed in at. :(

they weigh 24 pounds, two pounds more a piece than real LMs.

wow i think i'm sold then. sounds like a good price/deal. silverbeam thanks for the help, do you get any rubbing issues? stock suspension? running spacers? rolled fenders? also any shots of the back showing the width of the wheel/stance? 7.5 is smaller than i'd like to go but o well. :shifty :stickoutt

the ones I'm talking about are the 18x8.5 BBS LM replicas. the one on the techno violet M3 I posted. They rub on both my E46 with koni sports and H&R race, but only in tight turns, and they rub on the M3 with stock suspension but only over hard bumps. I think its more a problem with the sidewall height than with the wheel, though. No spacers, no rolled fenders, running 245/45/18
here are all of the pictures I have of the wheels:

I go to meets from time to time, currently my replicas are on my boyfriend's E36 M3. He will give them back to me once he buys tires for his double spokes. He should be at the meet I'm hosting tomorrow at the Tustin Market Place, so you can see them there if you want. The finish is okay. It's not top quality, but it doesn't look bad at all. If I end up keeping them for my next car I'll probably powder coat the centers to keep them better. The only issue I've had with them, is that when you are taking them off, sometimes the tire iron scrapes the finish inside the bolt holes.

silverbeam....
what suspension setup are you running on your e46 with those wheels? Any rubbing issues on that car with those? What tire size are you currently running that makes them too big? Thanks for the info.

I have koni adjustables with H&R race springs. My tires are 245/45/18 and the 40 part is what is messing me up. If I got a lower profile tire I wouldn't be having any trouble. Maybe running it with a 235 would be better, but I didn't want that, I got wider wheels for wider tires, so I put 245s on there.
Miguel: the wheels are two piece. And I paid 600 for my set of brand-still-in-the-box-new. Lets compare:
BBS LM: 800 dollars a wheel on tire rack
Replicas: 600 for a set
BBS LM: 21 pounds a piece
Replicas: 24 pounds a piece
BBS LM: two piece forged
Replicas: two piece cast
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but looking at the stats, the price advantage FAR outweighs the weight and construction disadvantages. And if someone is looking at spending under a grand on wheels, saying, just buy the real thing is sort of silly.

I really like the BBS replicas, but correct me if I'm wrong, aren't the replicas
1 piece that look 2 piece? There is no way that you can produce a 2-piece
wheel for that money...BTW-Where did you get the 8.5" LM reps?,I'm looking
for those but only can come up on the 8" wide...Thanks
