Will I need spacers?

I ordered 18x8 HP Evo Hyper Light Wheels, and 235/40/18 Kuhmo Ecsta ASX All Season tires and am wondering if I will have any clearance issues with a stock 328i Sport Package.

I read in another post that spacers might be needed to help the wheels/tires to clear the springs. If it matters I am planning on getting a lowering springs/shocks combo in the future.

I have the same wheel\tire size (I'm running Falken FK451) with H&R springs and Bilstein shocks. No rubbing issues.
