E34 seats in E28?

I am looking for a black interior w/leather seats for my E28. I had a reply to my post with someone selling E34 M5 seats. Would these seats fit in my E28? or would there have to be some modifications done.

Also, Im thinking that the E34 seats would be more expensive than the ones from my E28. What sort of price am I looking at if i go this route (if they fit)

They would probably fit, but the mounting points and power switches are different.
