actually with those mods and the low mileage i think thats a good price. People are getting mid 40,000 miles one for mid 20's stock.

This is a great car! Seen the car in person and I have to say one of the cleanest M3's I've seen, in and out. Whoever does buy this car will not be dissapointed and will know what I am talking about when I say very clean. Scott, wish you drove your car more so I can see it...haha :)
