View Full Version : E46 Sedan 18" or 19"??? advice

:help Question I have a 323i I want to buy staggered rims but I don't know if 19"s is to big and will rub the vehicle or if 18"s will look wack on it...need advice and/or pics if you have any....I was looking at the ADR M sport and the HP Evo....what do you guys think, also do I have to modified the suspension on the vehicle? :drink1

i had 19x8 on my 323i with h&r race springs and it rubbed a tiny bit on the front outer tire but it was worth it cause it looked so damn mean.. definatly get 19's... i am gonna try to fit 20's on my 323ci but i dont think it will happen

I think 18" are enough for a 323i... It will look good, you don't need anything bigger IMO.

i agree, i wont go any bigger than 18" on my 330 (if i decide to keep it)

but i have seen e46's w/ 19's and they look great as long as they are dropped, i hate the look of a car with larger wheels and stock ride height (actually higher with the bigger wheels)

unless you have an m3, you dont need anything bigger than 18s.. consider 18x8-9r

thanks for the advice guys...I'm trying to decide 'cause they are so many questions about 18 and 19's ....it's so hard to decide...but thanks to everyone for the input
