Any experience as to which is better for a 530iA? Mostly city driving with more than occasional trips on interstate. Still like performance but not heavy needs for this car.

The PS2s out perform the A/S in both dry and wet conditions. The A/S will move you in the snow which the PS2 won't. So it depends on what you are looking for. Cost is about the same.

I was also wondering about this for my 328. The PS2 has a 220 treadwear rating and the A/S has a 400 treadware rating. I'm going to be buying the tires for the rest of the time I have this car, so which tire would give both a long life and good performance? Is there another tire for less money out there that can perform about the same and had the same or better treadwear rating? Sorry for asking so many questions.

No real snow needs, but seems to me better milage could be gotten out of the A/S?
