first pic: m double spoke wheels.
second: same wheels no side blinker, obd I, 95
Third:M3 Luxury edition w/ Mcontour wheels, obd I, 95
Fourth: ObD2, Modena interior, M lightweight wheels. 96-99
The 95's had a 3.0
96-99 had a 3.2
that's the basics

Incorrect, the 2nd pic is the doublespoke 1 (I think it's style 22) the 1st pic is the doublespoke 2 (style 39)

The last one has either LTW wheels (which are stamped with MOTORSPORT) or just the split 5 spoke polished/nonstamped imitation LTWs, I can't really tell in the pic. Also i think they are all obd1 except the last one, from what i can tell from the sidemarker and kidney grill shapes.

Also, woodtrim interior and regular powered seats as opposed to the vaders that the regular M3 came with.

The first pic I'm pretty sure is an OBD2 3.2 as the Double Spoke IIs didn't come around till the 3.2. Also, the last pic is definitely an OBD2 3.2 with polished staggered LTW wheels (probably 97+ since it looks like it has the kidney grill revisions). Another way to tell the OBD2 3.2s is that the mesh grill is always black. Only the '95s had the mesh grill painted the same color as the body. To be honest I don't know if the 3rd pic is OBD1 or OBD2 since I don't know what the differences in OBD1 & 2 with the lux package was. It could very well be an OBD2 3.2 too (can't tell if those wheels are staggered or not). Another note, all OBD2 3.2s had staggered rims (I'm pretty sure at least).

Of course, assuming that these cars are all in stock form from the factory.

:confused non-stamped LTWs are still real LTWs, not imitations or is that what you meant?

That's correct, painted/stamped LTWs were available on the LTW and as an option for the later production '95 M3s. When they were available again on the OBD2 3.2s they were polished, but they are both called LTWs and both REAL. I believe the 3.2 verts came standard with polished LTWs and as an option for the coupes.

Right. But it looks like Estoril doesn't it? And it has M double spoke II instead of I... Maybe a very early 96?

If it's a 95, then it must be Avus (which the pic doesn't show well), and Euro because 95 US spec did not have rear headrests. And the wheels were swapped
