Even with a H&R 20m spacer this won't work in any way right? These are BBS RC's.

You need 38-40 offset. 33 (13 + 20 spacer) is ok but will be almost flush with the side of your fender trim. Rubbing issues and such to watch out for...

wouldn't a 13 mm offset with a 20 mm spacer give u a neg offset? so it would stick out even further?

13 won't fit. 35-45 will work on an e36.
Offset and spacers work the other way around. A 13 offset with a 10mm spacer would be a 3.

Righto. Had a temporary brain fart.
20mm spacers on a 13 offset would make it -7 offset. Crazy turtle stickouttage.

Ah, but our stock wheels are actually -41mm offsets.
