What are all the parts i'll need to do this procedure? So far i've got 14 torx bolts, 12 rocker arms, 12 rocker arm bolts, 12 rocker arm eccentric nuts, head gasket set from pelican parts (doesn't say what it includes though...) deluxe feeler gauges (looks like theres about 20 different sizes ranging from 0.038 to 0.889mm, so hopefully it has .25mm). Should I replace rocker arm cages? One of them popped off, so i'll atleast order one unless you advise me otherwise.

I'm going to be installing #19 injectors too, so new injector seal kit, and cleaning solution. Any recommendations for either of these?

I'm the one who had the timing off after I changed out my guibo and timing belt, "I wrecked my M20B25." Took off the head today, all 6 pistons have valve marks in them, about 120-180 of the valve pushed into them, doesn't look to be that bad. When I crank the head, the valves move up and down smoothley, they all look perfectly flat and seat themselves very well. Would it be a disaster if I skipped replacing them all? I've had this car off the road for around 2 1/2 months now, which means other people have been driving me around and i'm not sure I can go much longer like this without shooting myself in the face for being an idiot. I just don't want to get it back together and have it fuck up again. If they were bent they wouldn't seat correctley, is there any chance that at cranking speed the valves couldn't have been damaged? Any help will be much appreciated :D

I cannot belive you were even thinking about leaving the old valve in there. THEY ARE BENT! If there are contact marks on the piston, THEY ARE BENT! The bend is probably so slight you can't notice it, but trust me; BTDT. If that timing belt is even one tooth off you will bend valves, it takes that little!

So you will need all the valves, rocker arms, timing belt, tensioner, intake manifold gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, head bolts, valve cover gasket and plugs, oil drain tube o-ring, and head gasket. I think thats everything...

Oh yes, and you may as well replace the valve seals since the valves will be out. There is a head gasket set available which comes with most, if not all, the above mentioned gaskets and seals.
