Currently I have to ship a 15" rim with tire mounted on it. Tire is no good and I just want the rim and not the tire.
I tried using screw drivers to dismount it but failed. Is it possible to get rid of a no-good tire? I have completely deflated the tire but it just wouldn't come off.
Get a tire iron, you can do it by hand, just need some strong muscle.
Spend $5 and have a tire shop remove it unless you want to trash your rim during the process of becoming frusterated...and spending more than $5 on a tire iron.

Ditto. It is just 5 bucks...

You can do it but I can assure you that the wheels WILL get badly scratched up. Also, if you haven't done it before it's going to be much more trouble than it's worth.
