Rough idle

Hey guys, I did a search and didnt come up with anything (maybe its just me :dunno) anyway while sitting in my car in neutral my rpms sometimes bog down under 500 rpms and sounds like the car is gonna stall but then jumps up to 1k and comes back down to 600. Also I can feel lots of vibration inside the car if I let it idle but if I constantly give it gas(lets say I keep it at 1k) it goes away. Car is bone stock and im not sure what it could be. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Thanks a bunch :) Hopfully its my icv seeing how it isnt that bad but im not gonna rule out the o2 sensor seeing how im at 87.6k miles.
