8x19 ET38 with 235/35/19 HELP!!!

What will do 245/35/19 do in the rear?

I hope you mean a 235/35R19. With the wheel and offset the size I mention should be fine.

I think you'll be fine IMO. You might need to roll the rear fenders but it's not that big deal.
