i have a question,

is it refundable if the kit hasn't been installed ?

I would do it but for me there isn't enough feedback on the company, I may be willing to purchase the kit, wait it out and see how everyone's install goes (smoothly or not) and if there is a common problem with the process, the option to return would be nice !

There is a 20% restocking fee listed on ESS's website. The other option is to sell the kit online after you purchase. The 15% discount is quite a bit of money so you shouldnt have a problem selling it for the price you paid.
