A new set of cams should run you about $350 or so, installation will be the killer though.
For the price of retail labor, you could probably save yourself the hassle and buy a motor that is all ready to go.
I dont have any paperwork on the motor, it is coming out of another members car. (he is trading broken motor for my labor of finishing his swap).

Let me know if it is a situation you decide to undertake. It will still save you a few bucks to go my route, but maybe not worth the hassle.

You maybe right, however those are going to be used motors. The last euro 3.2L I saw for sale was 10,000+ and it had 80,000+ miles on it and the swap isn't as straight forward but hey..whatever floats your boat :)
