I'll post some pics of my Indi Blue tomorrow. D@mn power's out right now though (thanks a lot, Ivan!) and I'm conserving battery power.
Until...

Of course, Indi Blue looks especially good with a smattering of orange and white...

Very nice pics DW. The one by the Atl Fish Market is sweet. Where is that pic with the completely empty 4 lane road? Gotta go there sometime :devillook
The fog picture in the parking lot looks good too.

Thank you! It's always fun to take pictures of MINIs next to ridiculusly huge things. Helps exaggerate the scale of the car.

Heh! You think I'm gonna spill the beans on my best spots? :winknudge :evil2
But I will say this: Brand new Industrial Parks that have their roads built, but haven't yet had buildings put up and space leased can be very nice and... uh... secluded. :paranoid: Just gotta watch out for them po-leece! :sh1a :cop
The fog picture in the parking lot looks good too.
Thanks!
The key to good daytime shots is to get out early before the light gets too high & harsh, and before the atmosphere has time to warm up and brew up all the smog & haze. Pretty much means be in position before sunrise, and wait for the good light to come to you. To keep clouds & overcast out, go the very first morning after a cold front moves through. It's like an atmospherc broom - just cleans everything right out.
Going early also means you're more likely to have the scenery to yourself - like the Fish Market, for example.
If fog is what you're after, low-lying areas near rivers early on cool mornings will almost always stir up something to work with. The variable is how much of something... That part is just pure luck. On that particular morning, I just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
Glad you like 'em!
