Has anybody out there installed their larger throttle body? What was the ease of installation and was the price worth the performance? I'm currently running Turners Euro Intake system on my 95 M3. Thanks for any info, ScottDetroit:)

Ive read that the Throttle body upgrade is not worth it unless you are running a serious race engine or have a Turbo or SC. Some people have said there throttle response is better but really no performance gain.

I would have to agree with that. I got a bored out throttlebody a long time ago, but I never saw any performance gain. However, since you have the Turner Euro HFM kit, you may see something, but I would think not much.

I've been told that a bigger throttle body is not gonna be effective unless you eliminate the cat and get a straight through pipe.

Not hard to install at all. As far as performance not sure if I really felt a difference. They say I would get better acceleration. After installing it punched it a few times I think I felt a difference or maybe just wishful thinking. Or maybe just trying to justify the amount of money I spent on the damn thing. :dunno Guess I'll have to dyno it sometime and see if it made a difference.
