I recently put my Porsche/Ecis/Rogue BBK on my car and had to run a 10mm spacer to have my wheels clear the calipers.

My current wheels are BBS RGR which I love, but I liked the car when it was 1/2" lower and never rubbed..now it rubs rarely (though it does rub) and it looks too high for my taste.

Essentially I am planning on getting new wheels and selling my RGRs sometime around thanksgiving when I get the new wheels.

My options are BBS LMs, Fiske Profili 10 (technipolish), BBS RCJ (fully forged version)...

what rims do you guys think I should be looking at?

Feel free to relay any other suggestions that will fit over BBKS without the use of a spacer.

all three of your wheel choices are excellent...I also recommend Forgeline (I have been using them for 2 years on track and they are great also)...

I don't think you can go wrong with any of your choices, from a personal preference...I'd go BBS (LM or RCJ), oh yeah the other wheel, FM-10 (also a great race wheel) is spelled fikse, not fiske ;) :)

If you can do LMs, go for those. Email me the offset and a pic of your RGRs. I may take these off your hands.

Rub? .5" lift? What?

You can run 255's on an 18x9 et35 up front without rubbing. Spacers do not raise the car unless you have positive camber (which you shouldn't).

No, I know that spacers dont raise the car..thats obvious.

It really depends upon how low the car is whether or not it will rub in the front. My car was very low in the front:

When i put on the spacer it pushed the wheels out 10mm (as that is what spacers do) and it then caused the front wheels to rub along the inside of the fender. So to fix the rubbing I had to raise the car 1/2" in the front to give everything more room.

Basically I am looking for a wheel that wont require me to need a spacer so I can lower the car back down again without experiencing rubbing at all.

the wheels listed above all work with BBKs. The two BBS wheels are built that way and the Fikse are custom made to your specs as far as i know...

thanks for the responses and any more are welcome.

Potomac, that is a sweet avus with RCs :devillook ..too bad they arent RCJ or we could maybe have traded. :(

I run 17" Fikse's now on my E30 M3. I love them and they definitely spoil me. their so strong I can drive carelessly and not worry about bending a wheel. Plus they look great.

I know someone that is selling their 17x8 Fikse FM10's with powdercoated black centers, e36 offset I'm fairly sure. If you're interested pop me an email, I'll put the two of you in contact with each other

I love the LM's too, but the Fikses are a little more exotic to me.

^^Yours look mighty good. I would have to go the same route as I have wheel studs too..it almost looks meaner with the cap off.

Im hoping to be able to get a deal on LMs..if that falls through I am going to see what kind of money I can scrape together for Fikses, or RCJ.

Thanks for the tip to go to big LUN..ill PM him now.

oh, your car is mental. :stickoutt
