How the heck do I NOT make my digi climate control turn on?

It keeps turning on whenever I start the car and its annoying, is there any way to make sure it doesn't turn on when I start my car?

Its always off before I turn off my care, I rarely use it.

Try turning off the fan speed all the way down the shut down the car, start it up does it still come on?

Same problem here on a 97/4 lux. Noticed the problem the 2nd day I've owned the car. I remember reading a while ago that there was no way to fix this. People have even taken their cars into the dealer to try to get it fixed... :( .

Someone tell me I they were all wrong! :help

Sorry, its normal, mine does it, they all do it. The newer ones don't do it, but that doens't make me feel any better.

Pull the fuse. ;)

It's normal. If you turn off the a/c and shut the engine off, start it within 30 minutes and it'll stay off.

Longer than that, it'll just default to the lowest fan blower setting on the a/c when you start up the car again.
