I am looking for a good independent repair shop in Orange County for my 1998 M3 Convertible. Any suggestions?
I live in Irvine & work in Costa Mesa.

Michaelangelo Motorwerks in Irvine. I've taken my car there a couple times before. Very honest shop...and they really know their stuff when it comes to M cars. Website says BMW and Porsche. I've never seen anything but BMWs.

I second Michaelangelo Motorwerks. As a first time customer, I have found that Richard Michaelangelo has treated me as if I have been a customer for 20 years. He has had the knowledge, resources, and most importantly, the patience to help diagnose an ABS light issue step by step, without needlessly replacing parts.

I third Michaelangelo's Motorwerkes! I've known Richard for two years now and he does everything to my car and my previous car (94 325is) that I can't take care of at home. Victor does the Porsche's, Greg and Daniel do the Bimmers and Richard does the M cars. Richard also races an E30 and Integ Type R so he knows his cars. The shop installed my 3.2 OBD 1 motor with no problem, so yeah theres a great option. (949) 770-3322 (ask for Richard).
