Hello everyone,
Nice to meet you all.
I am the owner of an F55 Cooper D and i have some issue with my gearbox - 3rd gear does not go in nicely and it grinds, it need a bit more force to be pushed in.
I saw no parts readily available for fixing the gearbox itself so i started looking for a second hand one.. and here my questions come in.
My gearbox is Getrag GS6-59DG, all i could find is GS6-58DG/BG. in ISTA i could not find too much info on the pairing of my engine B37C to the GS58 manual 6 speed, but i did find listed both gearboxes (59dg and 58dg) when i look ofr gearbox info...
Do any of you know of the differences between the 2?
Could i fit a 58BG/DG to my mini?
