Hi There,
I am new to this site, recently purchased a 1993 328i coupe.
The car has remote central locking and it all works. But it doesn't have remote locking. How ever I have a parts car which is a 318E36, which comes with remote locking etc. Is it possible I can use the key less sensor module (from behind the glove box) from my parts car and implant that into the 328, and use the 325 remote keys to lock and unlock it.
My main question is, since my 328 doesn't have key-less entry, but has central locking, how easy or difficult would this transplant be? and is it eve possible without a whole lot of wiring and things...
