ground wire next to engine lift

I believe this is an m50/s50 specific ground wire next to engine lift but does anyone have the part number to this? can't seem to find any information on it and mine is in pieces.

There is no PN as it is part of the engine harness. You will have to open up the injection harness conduit to splice in a fresh wire.
