interior light issue

so it's been a year since my 1989 e34 eu version interior lights stopped working i tried everything and nothing worked (dome light , rear reading lights and the trunk inner lights) , i did check all fuses in the front distribution box and rear distribution box , all relays , swapped a couple of ZKE , RM modules , the dome light assembly switch is working fine i did clean its contacts , door micro switches are good , bulbs are brand new all tested
