I have a 2013 Mini Cooper coupe two-door hardtop JCW with a six speed manual. I just purchased this a month ago without a key. I got a key made at the dealership in Portland, Oregon. OD on it before I started it and change the oil cause it was low ended up replacing O2 sensors, ambient air temp sensor VVT solenoids. When I finally went to put it into gear and drive it, I pushed the clutch and put it in first and then let the clutch out and it didn’t move. So then I obviously tried it in reverse. Nothing would go into gear or nothing would grab a gear. Upon further inspection, I cannot push the clutch in with the engine running and put it in any gear I want it does not engage. I’m really not a mechanic, but I’m wondering if maybe my clutch is not disengaging or something with the sink or I would think that if I started it first with the clutch out, it should go forward and lurcher and what not but I don’t know if anyone out there has a suggestion I’d appreciate it .
