Hi my heater hose conjunction broke when taking off a heater hose. I bought this kit from turner motorsports https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-590252-heater-hose-conjunction-flange-kit/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD_rX5aL5W_AMngYFWl6vNQj3mISR&gclid=Cj0KCQjwm5e5BhCWARIsANwm06iJZnNkyIeXx4VYA6tk bC1-sII64_3l6y802zsF3RT_hbGyqnjnz4EaAukTEALw_wcB
I’m confused because it comes with 4 o-rings but shouldn’t I need 6? Is there a hose that doesn’t get a o ring on either side? I’m not able to find a clear diagram and I guess I wasn’t paying close attention when pulling the old one off. Thank you for the help.

Moved to E36 sub forum, use realoem to see the drawings https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/select?product=P&archive=1

According to realoem you only need 3 for that part. But if you have the dash out and have access to the hard lines you should definitely replace the other 3.

Thank you for the responses. Yeah that’s what I’m thinking too after looking at the diagram. But it’s weird because I have found 5 old o rings that was on the car. I don’t know if the previous owner just added extra o rings.
