FE is an evaporative leak. This can be on the engine bay side or broken nipples on the tank hidden above the rear passenger wheel liner.
E3 and E4 are fuel trim codes. You HAVE a leak. This may be triggering the FE code too. Focus on this first.
You’re likely running the stock OBD2 manifold which means you have the check valves Dinan uses. There’s no easy way for me to say what is at fault with this config. All of my cars and client cars have been M50 manifold converted when supercharging. It makes boost and vacuum related issues far easier to prevent / fix. The OBD2 manifold is better for torque but it’s a stupid mess when boost is added.
Have any parts changed or was work performed prior to this?
There are rare instances that the T9 scaler can short out. I can provide pin out multimeter readings if needed.

The fuel tank was 'resealed on left side' last week by a local shop (RRT). O2 plugs were also found mixed up and those were replugged and one (bank 2 precat) replaced. Camshaft sensor replaced.
Other work done (intake and exhaust side reseal) earlier last year by me preceding this but this is very recent repair list.
I naturally thought of the primary suspects being the gas cap and the charcoal canister or the evap valve related to it?
What can i inspect on engine bay side? Can i get to or see the nipples on the pass side of the tank?
thx

What camshaft sensor was used? Be specific, it matters.
On the charcoal canister; ensure you focus on the one in the rear pass wheel well… not the one under the spare.

The shop replaced my aftermarket new one with a genuine new one. I was surprised it was throwing a code, but I guess OEM wins. 12141703221 (tel:12141703221) plus it’s o ring 12141748398 (tel:12141748398)

So i should take off the rear pass wheel liner and look for the charcoal canister primarily looking for broken lines?

Broken nipples, not the lines.
The fuel trim codes will not be resolved by fixing an evap issue unless it’s the connection at the manifold.
