Hello!
My E39 has a few stone chips from this winter, and of course, some rust bubbles have appeared. A few old spots are also getting worse, so I have now decided to take care of it. However, I can't paint my car until August and I wondered if in the meantime I can grind down all the rust spots to bare metal, use a rust converter, and apply one or two coats of rust primer to stop it from getting worse.
Will this make things even worse because it might be more exposed, or does it work as a temporary fix to slow things down? Thanks in advance!
